How to Use Shiliew to Unlock TikTok

The following solution has been successfully tested on iOS:

If TikTok is already installed, uninstall it first.
Remove the SIM card. (Some users have found that it works without removing the SIM card, but there is some uncertainty, so removing the SIM card is recommended.)
Go to Settings - General - Background App Refresh - Shut it off.
Go to Settings - General - Language & Region - Change the Language to English, and the Region to United States.
Go to Settings - General - Date & Time - Change it to any time zone in the United States.
Connect to Shiliew (The default settings should generally work, if not, go back to the first step. When you get to this step, turn off all Bypass modules, then connect again)
Log in with the US Apple ID, download TikTok from the App Store.
Signup for TikTok using a Gmail or iCloud email.
After successful registration, scroll through a couple of videos. If TikTok requests location permission, do not grant it.
Then swipe off TikTok process, and reopen TokTok.
As for whether you can log out of the US Apple ID afterwards, it is recommended not to do so.
